Michell Instruments will be showcasing an extensive range of moisture measurement instrumentation at MTEC 2002, including the UK debut of Easidew - an exciting and innovative range of hygrometers designed to offer high levels of accuracy and repeatability at low cost.

A robust, high-performance hygrometer range, Easidew is ideal for a wide range of applications, including the measurement of moisture content in process gases and monitoring compressed air quality in factories.

Easy to install and use, even by unskilled staff, the Easidew range features an inter-changeable ceramic sensor based on Michell Instruments' proven C2TX technology; this ensures fast response times, durability and sensitivity. The range comprises the Easidew Transmitter, Easidew On-line Hygrometer, Easidew Portable and Easidew OEM Hygrometer.

Michell Instruments will also be exhibiting its robust Optidew Transmitter which is specifically designed for industrial use.

Based on Michell Instruments' proven Cooled Mirror dew-point technology, Optidew provides precise dew-point or relative humidity measurement in even the most hostile industrial environments.

The Optidew measures dew-point temperature directly, using a high quality platinum resistance thermometer to ensure drift-free, long-term high performance. Suitable for monitoring from a computer or a PLC system, Optidew offers a wide dynamic measurement range of -50°C to +90°C dew point over a temperature range of -40°C to +90°C.
